The culture of any organization can be the difference between success and failure. Here at Springfield we endorse “The Riverhawk Way.” The RiverHawk way is family, trust, and respect. Every member of this family has a role and job just as important as the next. WE do not bring down others, instead we pick them up. We encourage ideas and brainstorming, working together each and every day to make the experience for the fans and our family better than the day before. This attitude and work ethic is something we must bring with us each and every day, as the great fans of the RiverHawks expect and deserve it.
Family- Here at the RiverHawks we consider all employees and fans, Family. As a family you must be there for each other, and put others ahead of yourself. Family doesn't turn its back on each other, they work together and get stronger.
Trust- Without trust there is nothing, we must know that the people on your left and right will always do right by you, and be there when you most need them.
Loyalty- Very possibly could be the most important value we have here. Loyalty is something that can't be taught, it is something deep inside our employees. We want employees who are dedicated to long term success of this organization and have the fire and passion to help with that mission.
Guest First Mentality- We must understand that the fans and spectators always come first. Everything we do is all for them, making sure every time they step into our great facility, they leave with a smile on their face and eager for their next visit.
Work Ethic- We want employees who expect the most out of themselves, and won't settle for less. Staff members come with their A-game, the right positive attitude, and with the “guest first mentality” each and every day we arrive at the ballpark.
