Needs Assesment

RiverHawk customers deserve an experience when they come to the ballpark, not just a baseball game. A needs assessment is a vital way of discovering more information about the RiverHawks market and the tendencies of these customers.  Analyzing and acting on the data that is gathered provides the front office with information on how to give RiverHawk fans what they need in an experience that features the magic of baseball.


There are three steps to the RiverHawk Customer Needs Assessment:

The customers needs constantly change.  Taking time to redevelop the needs assessment is an ongoing  function of our front office staff.
