1). It is game day at Berry-Allen Field on a hot summer day. A spectator, who has come to watch the game, approaches you and asks, “When will you begin to have signups for RiverHawk Rookies,” which is a question you do not know the answer to. What would be your plan of action?
2). Sam Comero and Jeff LeBlanc seem to have tension between each other within the front office. The entirety of the front office staff, including yourself, have noticed the hostile tension between the two co-workers, however, nobody is stepping in to intervene, not even the owners of the RiverHawks. Small occurrences of unmannerly conversation go back and forth once in awhile, however, it does not excel. As an everyday employee for the RiverHawks, how would you handle this situation?
3). You have been working for the RiverHawks for four years now and you think it is time for a promotion and raise of pay. You believe that it is long overdue and are wondering why you have not received a promotion. Frustrated that your exceptional work ethic has gone unnoticed by your boss you feel it is time to be assertive, and make a change. As a result, you have a meeting with your boss and express that you would like a promotion, however, he says “no.” How would you go about controlling your frustration and explain your opinion?
